Housing Assistance and Supports
These services provide direct support and assistance with activities and processes associated with preparation transition from homelessness to housing. These services include conducting a tenant screening and housing assessment that identifies the participant’s barriers related to a successful tenancy.
EmpowerLIFE
Life Skills Training
EmpowerLIFE is a comprehensive and interactive independent living skills program designed to equip individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills to lead a successful and independent life. The program focuses on self-advocacy, life skills, health and wellness, household management, financial literacy, and personal independence. Through a combination of educational resources, practical exercises, and real-life scenarios, participants will gain the confidence and competence to navigate various aspects of adulthood and achieve their goals.
Need 2 Succeed (N2S)
Workforce Development
Integrating a pathway to employment is a core component of Kingdom Hearts. Our Employment Development Program provides supports of job preparation and soft skill development. Activities are designed to allow individuals to explore and discover interests, build skills, and develop connections, resulting in employment.
Inspired By God (IBG)
Youth Program and Services
Inspired by God (IBG) program is a comprehensive initiative that supports the holistic development of youth. It offers community enrichment activities, family empowerment programs, life skill training, safety awareness, gang and substance abuse prevention, education support, mental health promotion, and integrated production activities. The program aims to empower youth by providing them with the necessary resources, skills, and opportunities to succeed in various aspects of their lives.
